Why should I open a Hapihippoo account? Is it mandatory?!
Firstly, having a Hapihippoo account is not mandatory to shop on our website. However, an account not only entitles you to special offers, but also helps you maintain a record of your previous orders, track your current order, and makes checkout quicker and easier, as your details are already saved in your account.
How can I open a Hapihippoo account?
To create a Hapihippoo account, click on Login icon that appears on the top right corner of your screen. You can create your account Email ID and set your own password.
I think I have forgotten my password! What do I do now?
Not an issue. Please click on forgotten password in the login page and follow the steps.
Is it mandatory to register or create an account here as well, before making a purchase?
No, Login is not mandatory to make a purchase. However, if you create an account with us, your future check-outs will be easier and we will also keep you updated on the offers customized specially for you.
I love keeping multiple pieces of my favourite garments. Will I be able to order more than one of the same item at one go?
Yes, you can order more than one piece of the same item provided we have enough inventory available for the same. For this, go to the Shopping Cart page, change the “Quantity” in your shopping cart to your desired quantity and click on “Update Quantity”.
What if the items in my shopping cart are no longer available?
Items will continue to appear in your cart until you’ve removed them or you’ve checked out. Make sure you are logged in to your Hapihippoo Account. If you are not logged in, do so by clicking on the Login icon and your cart should have the items you had selected. In case the selected items are no longer available, you will see a message next to the stocked out item in your Shopping Cart. You need to remove the same (using the small cross next to the item) before Checking Out to purchase the available items.
Does ‘Out of Stock’ mean I will be able to buy it again later?
‘Out of Stock’ items are those garments where demand exceeded supply and we couldn’t keep pace!. The good news is, these items are expected to be replenished within a few weeks. Please click on the specific ‘Out of Stock’ gem that you are interested in and enter your email id to be the first to know as soon as it is back.
There’s an error that keeps popping up, every time I checkout. What should I do?

Is shopping at hapihippoo.com secure?
Absolutely!Shopping at Hapihippoo is completely secure. For making payments, you are routed to the website of our payment partner (PayU) which are completely secure. This routing of sensitive payment related content is done through https security.
Are there any additional charges (sales tax, octroi etc) on items?
There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on Hapihippoo. The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.
How can I pay for my orders?
We accept the following methods of payment:

*Conditions – COD payment can be done on orders upto INR 5000. INR 35 will be charged as handling charges for COD orders. For orders above INR 5000, only prepaid options are available.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, we offer cash on delivery option for orders below INR 5000.
Do you charge extra for Cash On Delivery orders?
Yes, we charge INR 35 for each Cash on Delivery (COD) order as handling charges and this amount is not refundable in case of return/exchange.
What should be maximum order value for COD orders?
Cash On Delivery option is available only on orders upto INR 5000. Orders above INR 5000 should be placed through prepaid methods.
Is Cash On Delivery available at all locations?
Cash On Delivery payment option is available only in India(locations covered by our logistics partners). We do try to provide this facility across the country but there are few locations beyond our support. For such locations, we provide the prepaid option.
Why have I not received my order confirmation email?
Your order confirmation e-mail is sent to the e-mail address linked to your Hapihippoo account, immediately upon placing your order. If you have not received it, please check your junk or spam mail folder. If you still cannot locate the confirmation mail, you may log into your Hapihippoo Account, choose 'Past Orders’ to view all of your orders. If the order you placed does not appear, the order was not successfully confirmed. In this case, please mail us at email@example.com
How can I see my previous order?
If you have a Hapihippoo account, you can Login in and go to ‘Past Orders’ to check your previous order. . In case you do not have an account, please mail us your Order ID and email id at firstname.lastname@example.org using which you had placed an order, and we will check and pass you your previous order info.
How can I check if you deliver to my pincode?
We currently deliver to most pincodes in India. If you want to confirm your pincode, please mail us at email@example.com.
What are the delivery charges for my order?
Shipping is free for all prepaid orders above INR 1500, shipped within India. For Cash On Delivery orders, we charge INR 50 as handling charges (non-refundable). . Please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org incase of any queries
When will you ship my order?
We process and ship your order as soon as we are confident that we have achieved the required perfection in your garment. We will notify you once the product is dispatched from the warehouse.
How long does it take to deliver my order? (How long will you make me wait before delivering my order?)
All orders usually take a delivery time of 10-12 working days (all days except Sundays and Public holidays) for major cities and 12-14 days for remote locations, within India, from the purchase date. For international orders, please expect delivery in 14-20 working days.
What if I want my order to be delivered ASAP?
We understand that there are times when you order for a specific occasion and want the delivery to be made immediately. For times like those, we do offer 48-hour shipment based on available capacity. For this, please write to us at email@example.com and we will try to make it happen.
Can I ship to multiple addresses at the same time?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time. We recommend placing separate orders for each address.
I love products made in India, but am currently outside. Do you ship products outside India?
Currently, we do not ship outside India. However, please reach out to our customer care team to work-out an exception case.
How can I track my order?
To track your order, you can Log into your Hapihippoo account and choose “Past Orders” to view your details. You can also contact customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’re available all weekdays (except Sundays and Public holidays) from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm. If you do not have a Hapihippoo account, then please follow the Track Shipping link in your confirmation email or mail us your order no and email id using which you had placed an order, and we will check and give you your order status.
What products are eligible for exchange / returns?
We do not accept returns unless the product is damaged. In-case of exchange, the policy is applicable as follows:
- For products purchased at discounted prices (during sale, using promo-code etc.), we only offer an option to exchange standard sizes and alter tailored fits.
- For products purchased at full prices, we offer exchanges for standard sizes.
- For COD orders as well, we offer exchange. Also, COD handling charges (INR 50) charged at the time of placing the order are not refundable.
How soon do I have to make a return request?
All exchange requests must be placed within 7 days of receipt of items. However, we do not provide reverse pick-up facility. We request you to re-post the product to our address. We will own the expense of the reverse pick-up incase of a product fault.
My item arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?
In case you have received a damaged or a defective piece, please initiate a request for exchange / return by notifying our customer care, along with pictures of the damage / defect to email@example.com and we will help you out.
The product delivered is incorrect. What should I do?
This is highly unlikely, but we always leave room for human error. In case you have received a wrong product, please initiate a request for exchange / return by notifying our customer care, along with pictures of the product to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you out.
How does the exchange process work?
- Once we receive your request on email from you, we'll give you a call and confirm the same
- Once we receive the product, we will check it for being unused, unwashed, and undamaged and also having the original tags / packaging in place. Post that, we will send out the product requested by you for exchange. In case the received item does not meet the above conditions, it will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
- Please note - the entire process in case of exchange, from initiating the request to delivering the requested exchange product can take anywhere between 15-25 days, depending on the date of reverse pick up of the product.
